February is HEART HEALTH month! Make this the month to make one small change to keeping your heart healthy. Take a new class, take the stairs instead of the elevator, add in some cardio to your routine. Small changes matter!

 

Happy Valentine's day! Celebrate your loved ones all month, not just one day, in honor of Heart Health Awareness! Leave a love note, a single flower, or yes, even a piece of choocolate on their pillow one day a week or more! Doing something good for other's is a natural endorphin boost, and a great way to lift your own mood and relieve stress!
